User Agreement

Effective date: May 14, 2026

This User Agreement is between you and Lenso ("Lenso," "we," "us," or "our") and governs your use of the Lenso iOS app. By using Lenso, signing in, purchasing coins, uploading product photos, or generating images, you agree to this Agreement and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of Lenso and for activity under your account. Lenso uses Sign in with Apple for account access. You should keep your Apple account secure and should not use Lenso if you are not allowed to use the app under applicable rules or App Store terms.

License to Use the App

Lenso is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store rules and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate custom license applies through App Store Connect.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Lenso. You must not:

• Upload photos or content that you do not have the right to use.
• Use generated images in a way that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Use the app to create unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to bypass coin balances, payment flows, app limits, security controls, or network restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, modify, resell, sublicense, or interfere with the app except where permitted by law.
• Use automated tools to overload, scrape, or disrupt the app or related services.

User Content and Generated Output

You keep ownership of product photos, messages, voice recordings, and other content you provide to Lenso. You grant Lenso the permission needed to process that content for app functionality, including uploading selected product photos to the configured image generation provider, creating generated product images, storing local history, saving images when you request it, and displaying conversation content in the app.

You are responsible for reviewing generated images before using them. Generated output may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to other content. Lenso does not guarantee that generated images are unique, legally protectable, or appropriate for every marketplace, advertisement, or brand use.

Coins and In-App Purchases

Lenso uses coins for product photo generation. The app may provide an initial coin balance and may offer consumable coin packs through Apple in-app purchase. Prices, availability, and purchase confirmation are handled through Apple StoreKit.

Apple processes payments, taxes, and payment credentials. Lenso does not receive your full payment card information. Coins are a limited in-app digital item for use in Lenso only. They have no cash value, are not a bank balance, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money except where required by applicable law or Apple rules.

All billing issues, purchase cancellations, and refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. Deleting your Lenso account removes local app account data but does not automatically cancel, reverse, or refund Apple purchase records.

External Services and Links

Lenso relies on Apple services for authentication and purchases, a configured image generation endpoint for product photo generation, and hosted resources downloaded from remote storage. The app may also display Privacy Policy and User Agreement pages in a web view. External services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for external services that we do not control.

Account Deletion, Suspension, and Termination

You may sign out or delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes locally stored user data, coins, creation history, conversation messages, and voice recordings from the app. We may suspend or terminate access to Lenso if we reasonably believe you violated this Agreement, misused the app, created risk for other users or services, or if we must do so for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Intellectual Property

Lenso, including its design, app code, templates, interface, branding, and other materials, is owned by Lenso or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, this Agreement does not give you ownership of Lenso or its materials.

Availability and Disclaimers

Lenso is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the app, image generation, purchases, downloads, storage, or web views will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Features may depend on your device, iOS permissions, network connection, Apple services, and external providers.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Some laws do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lenso will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Lenso handles information, including Apple sign-in identifiers, selected product photos, generated images, local history, conversation content, voice recordings, purchases, permissions, and remote service requests. Please review the Privacy Policy before using Lenso.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement when the app changes or when legal, operational, or App Store requirements change. The updated Agreement will show a new effective date. Continuing to use Lenso after an update means you accept the updated Agreement.
